Come and enjoy Mongolian winter

On this tour, we will visit Terelj National Park, Chinggis Khaan Equestrian statue and Khustai National park.  Terelj National Park with alpine scenery and fantastic rock formation. It is the perfect spot for short schedules because of close to Ulaanbaatar city, it’s approximately 66km from capital. It offers the great opportunities to hike in a day, ride horses and make dog sledding. Here are two main highlights; turtle rock which is naturally shaped like a turtle and, meditation monastery is surrounded by beautiful views. On the way to Terelj NP, we will visit the tallest horseman-statue in the world, dedicated to Mongolian legendary emperor – Chingis Genghis Khaan.
Khustai National Park is the home to wild horses called Przewalski horses or takhi, in Mongolian. We will enjoy seeing the horses and hike around. Enjoy Mongolian winter for your short stay!

Summary & Booking

We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Terelj NP. On the way to National park, we will visit Chingis Khaan Equestrian statue that is highest one in the world. In the NP we will hike to temple Aryabal and visit Turtle rock which is natural formation. Also, we will make horse riding in the NP. Overnight in ger camp (About 100kms)

We will drive to Khustai NP. The park lies in the foothills of southern Khentii mountain range and it is the place where you can see wild horse called Takhi known as Przewalski horse to the world. The wild horses survive in nature by themselves because they have been reintroduced successfully to their homeland after 40 years of extinction. Currently, the number of Takhi has already reached more than 300. Overnight in ger camp (About 150kms)

We will drive back to UB. After arriving in UB, we will visit National History museum, Bogd Khaan palace museum and Zaisan Memorable hill.  Transfer you to the hotel (About 100kms)
